Policy of Alcohol and Narcotics Abuse


BH Drilling ltd. Tuzla practices a zero tolerance for consumption of alcohol, narcotics, drugs without issued prescription and other forbidden substances which can cause addiction prior and during working hours. Each employee is responsible for personal behavior and activities. Safety is integral part of each employee every-day routines. Implementation of this policy excludes measures as follows:

* Coming drunk or hooped-up to work as well as consumption of alcohol and drugs on the work site or inside    offices;
* Keeping alcohol and narcotics in the offices or on the work site on the field and rejection to be subject of    adequate test on alcohol or narcotics on employers demand;
* Unauthorized consumption of alcohol, narcotics and other additional substances
* Consumption of alcohol and narcotics stands a serious violation of work obligations. For each violation of this    prohibition employee will be punished by temporarily suspension from work place and written notice. If    violation is being repeated employee will be suspended from work place and punished disciplinary.
