* BH Drilling ltd. Tuzla considers smoking harmful for smokers and other personnel exposed to smoke exhaled by    smokers. Harm affects concentration of employees and that way to their efficiency.
* In the aim to upgrade consciousness about adversity of smoking, company organizes and implements    education of employees.
* Smoking is strictly forbidden in all working areas, sleeping units and vehicles that belong to BH Drilling ltd.    Tuzla.
* Areas approved for smoking are marked with signs „Smoking approved“.
* Towards safety and environment protection it is forbidden to leave cigarette butts around, leave empty    boxes, ash, etc.
* Society management, all employees, visitors, and subcontractor workers are responsible for implementation of    this policy.
* Any disobey of this ban will be punished by discipline penalty.
